All services, sessions, programs, teachings, materials and content provided by Paloma Soria Brown are offered for educational, spiritual, personal development and self reflection purposes only.

Services may include quantum activation, meditation, breathwork, visualization, energy based practices, spiritual mentorship, intuitive guidance, sound, somatic exercises and other holistic modalities intended to support personal growth, emotional wellbeing, self awareness and spiritual exploration.

No guarantees, representations or warranties are made regarding specific emotional, energetic, psychological, relational, health, financial, business or life outcomes. Individual experiences and results vary.

All information, teachings, guidance and interpretations shared during sessions reflect the practitioner's personal experience, spiritual perspective and professional opinion. They are not intended to be interpreted as factual statements, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice or guarantees of any outcome.

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical, psychiatric or psychological condition, nor do they replace the care, advice or treatment of licensed healthcare professionals. Clients experiencing physical or mental health concerns should seek appropriate professional support.

Participation in any service is voluntary. Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, interpretations, integration process and use of any information provided during or after sessions.

By purchasing or participating in any service, program or offering, the client acknowledges that they are engaging in a voluntary personal development and spiritual education experience and accepts full responsibility for their participation.

All sales are final and non refundable except where required by applicable law.

Private sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at the sole discretion of the practitioner.

By purchasing any service, session, program, container or digital offering, the client acknowledges their commitment to complete all agreed payments according to the selected payment plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paloma Soria Brown shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, injury, claim, cost or expense arising from participation in any service, program or offering.

The Sovereign Method™, SOVEREIGN™, and all associated content, materials, recordings, frameworks, methodologies, teachings and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Paloma Soria Brown and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, modified, recorded, resold or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
